We are now looking for a Quality Specialist to join our growing team.

What this role is about:

The quality team is responsible for maintaining the management system and ensuring continuous improvement at Smartvatten. The Quality Specialist will take part in these responsibilities.

Key responsibilities in this role:

• Maintain the quality and environmental management system.
• Participate in internal and external audits, prepare reports on findings, and suggest improvements.
• Manage sustainability and ESG reporting.
• Documentation and data analysis related tasks
• Work closely with different departments and stakeholders to integrate requirements into daily operations.

About our team:

The Quality specialist will be part of the Quality team within the People & Processes & Profit organization. The team and this role are based in Espoo and we’d expect to see you at the office 2-3 days week.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A relevant degree, such as an engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in quality and environmental management roles.
• A precise and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English, both oral and written
• Strong collaboration skills for working closely with various departments.
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, and preferably also experienced with ERP&CRM systems
• A growth-oriented mindset with the willingness to improve, innovate, and grow in the role.
