Assessment
Assessments are usually conducted before the Talent Acquisition or Hiring Manager chat to facilitate a transparent discussion on the results.
At Smartvatten, we believe that assessments play a vital role in evaluating candidates for certain jobs. They help us identify individuals who possess the necessary skills and competencies and suitable fit our company culture. Our assessments provide an objective and fair way to evaluate candidates, which helps us predict their future job performance and saves time and resources in the hiring process. Additionally, assessments help us identify areas for improvement, which we use to provide training for growing opportunities. We are committed to ensuring that our inspections are conducted transparently and fairly, and we take our GDPR policy seriously to maintain the confidentiality of all information.
Final stage
This part is pretty simple, as full transparency is vital to success.
After your interviews are over, we’ll combine your application, interviews, potential assessment, and references and review the whole package. We'll share the feedback and let you know the outcome of our decision. If we decide that you’re the best candidate for the role, Talent Acquisition will contact you with an offer.
Once you’ve accepted the offer, an offer chat awaits, where you can openly discuss and negotiate the terms of your employment agreement. During the offer chat, the hiring manager will be present to support you along the way and answer any questions regarding the position. Also, Talent Acquisition will walk you through compensation, benefits, and so on, after which you are on your way to becoming a Smartvatennian!
Becoming a Smartvattenian!
As you embark on your new journey with us, we want to ensure that your onboarding experience is exceptional. Talent Acquisition will send you a warm welcome email introducing you to Greta Turkama, a People Specialist who will help you identify your preferred working tools via a survey. Our IT wizard, Aki, will assist you in setting up the accounts you need.
Throughout your onboarding journey, we have a list of tasks on our HR platform, and then the hiring manager has a customized plan for you to be properly onboarded.
Remember, our Talent Acquisition team and People Specialist are here to support you every step of the way. We believe that with our collective efforts, you will thrive and achieve success in your role.
