Satisfied Customers: Customer satisfaction is at the core of our success. With regular Net Promoter Score (NPS) measurements and a continuous development process based on customer feedback, our goal is to consistently exceed 50 in NPS scores.

We understand that a thriving work community is key to achieving our goals. Smartvatten conducts a weekly anonymous mini-survey to understand how we can continuously engage our employees. The yearly anonymous survey, performed by a third-party partner, delves deeper into areas such as work community functioning, immediate supervisor relationships, competence, renewal, and workability and resources. The insights gained guide us in creating a workplace where everyone's voice is heard and valued.
The purpose of conducting regular surveys is to maintain and increase employee satisfaction and engagement. The gathered insights are for tailoring engagement strategies and addressing specific concerns. Besides this, we provide other areas for engaging our employees, which will be discussed in another article.
