We are now looking for a Partner Integration Manager to join our growing team. 
 

What this role is about:

As a Partner Integration Manager, reporting to the Product Manager for Data Acquisition and Integrations, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring the success of our partners. You will be configuring and setting up API-integrations, onboarding and training new partners, and analyzing performance of our partner integrations to help further develop our services.  

The role requires strong technical interest coupled with a strive to deliver excellent service through collaboration and communication both externally and internally.   

We are an international team and have offices in Espoo, Kokkola, Pirkkala, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Oslo and Larvik. This role is available at any of our locations. We’d expect to see you at the office at least 3 days a week.   

Key responsibilities in this role: 

Partner Relationship Management:  

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for integration-related matters.  

• Regularly communicate with partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.  

Integrations 

• Manage the end-to-end integration process for new partners, including API setup, testing, and deployment.   

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and support, to ensure seamless integration and ongoing service. 

• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve integration-related challenges, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.   

• Monitor data quality across partners, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies or errors.   

• In collaboration with Tech and Support functions, develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of data integrity and consistency.   

• Work closely with partners to identify areas of improvement for our services through feedback, training, and collaboration. 

• Track key performance metrics related to partner integrations. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Building Automation, or related field.  

• Proven experience in partner management, API integration, or similar roles.  

• Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of APIs, data formats, and integration protocols.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.  

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.  

• Fluent in English and one other language within Smartvatten´s core region (Nordic countries, Germany, Netherlands). 

• Familiarity with the Real Estate and/or Water industry is a plus.
