Founded in 2013, Smartvatten has grown from a small company providing energy certificates to the leading supplier of water efficiency technology and expertise in Northern Europe. We are now looking for a German speaking

Deployment Specialist – DACH Market, to join our team in one of these locations: Espoo (FIN) / Frankfurt (GER) / Stockholm (SWE)

Key responsibilities of this role includes:

• Ownership of Installation Cases in the DACH market: Managing and organizing the coordinator of Smartvatten device installation for one in-house installer and multiple installation partners.

• Installation Support: Supporting customers in self-installation cases reactively and proactively. Finding and communicating technical solutions for customers.

• High and Active Communication Skills: via phone and e-mail with customers and installers/partners.

• Following Standards: Adhering to internal working standards for the Deployment function and working towards KPI metrics accordingly.

• Project Profitability: Ensuring the profitability of Installation Order Projects within the DACH market.

• Quality and Collaboration: share all information within the system for further actions and reporting. Open communication within the team and other departments

• Experience in customer communication (B2B) and CRM Systems (we work with Salesforce) is a plus

• Required language skills: Native German speaking and English business Level (additional languages are a plus)

• Good Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
